Customer Service Level 2

  • 12 months (depending on employer) plus End Point Assessment
  • Level 2

Overview:

As a Customer Service Practitioner apprentice, you will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver high quality services to your organisation’s customers.

Entry Requirements:

Entry requirements may vary but are typically GCSE Grades 9-4 (or A*-C) in maths and English.

What will I study?

Learners undertaking this apprenticeship will cover as minimum:

  • Knowing your Customers
  • Understanding the Organisation
  • Meeting Regulation and Legislation
  • System and Resources
  • Your Roles & Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
  • Product and Service Knowledge

What qualifications will I achieve?

On successful completion of this apprenticeship learners will achieve:

  • Apprenticeship in Customer Service
  • Level 2 in English and Maths (if not already achieved)
