The Student Services Team are our first point of call for support or any questions that you may have and operate an open door policy. The team provide Gen2’s learner recruitment service and support onboarding and learner journey by being available to provide general information and wellbeing support, signposting and escalating as needs be.
The Student Services Team are based in the Gen2 Head Office in Workington. Their office is within the reception area just by the reception desk. The office is identifiable by the signage on the door and windows. If you are based in Energus or Head Office have any queries or need support they are able to visit the Student Services team at any point during office hours where one of the team will be happy to help. The team also have access to a dedicated room to speak with learners on a more private basis should this be required.

The Student Services Team will deal with queries/requests for support as and when they arise. If required, learners will be signposted to more specialist support, this can include:
- The Pastoral Team
- The School and Learner Engagement Lead
- The Designated Safeguarding Lead
- External agencies and support organisations
- The Additional Learning Support Team
- Mental Health First Aiders and Gen2 Counsellor

If you need urgent support out of hours you can contact:
