





As a Nuclear Technician you will gain a good technical understanding of processes and procedures for the day-to-day operational requirements of nuclear facilities.
Must be aged 18+ years and hold a minimum of 96 UCAS points (equivalent to the previous rating of 240). This total can have been gained either at ‘A’-level in appropriate STEM subjects, or, alternatively, a National Certificate at Level 3 (such as BTEC) either in Science or Engineering. In addition, prospective candidates must have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades 9 to 4 (equivalent to the previous GCSE A* to C grades) and which include maths, English and a science subject.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship learners will achieve:
Apprenticeship in Nuclear Technician
Level 2 in English and Maths (if not already achieved)
