





As a Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative apprentice, you will learn the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be able to work on rural and urban roads to repair damaged surfaces, using hand and power tools and pedestrian plant machinery.
Entry requirements may vary but are typically GCSE Grades 9-4 (or A*-C) in maths, English and a science subject.

Developing Skills for Reinstating Highways Surfaces
On successful completion of this apprenticeship learners will achieve:
Apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative
Level 2 in English and Maths (if not already achieved)
