Early Years Educator

Entry Requirements:

Must be aged 18+ years and hold a minimum of 96 UCAS points (equivalent to the previous rating of 240). This total can have been gained either at ‘A’-level in appropriate STEM subjects, or, alternatively, a National Certificate at Level 3 (such as BTEC) either in Science or Engineering. In addition, prospective candidates must have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades 9 to 4 (equivalent to the previous GCSE A* to C grades) and which include maths, English and a science subject.

What qualifications will I achieve?

On successful completion of this apprenticeship learners will achieve:

NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) (QRN: 601/2629/2).
English and Maths at Level 2.
Successfully complete the Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid. (RQF) or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) to meet the EYFS requirements
