Objective:

The aim of this course is to equip health and safety professionals with a responsibility for advising on equipment selection and methods of working at height, engineers with responsibility for planning tasks that involve significant risk through working at height and managers with responsibility for site conditions and security.

By the end of the course delegates will::

• Have a basic knowledge of the legal requirements so that you can integrate working at height safety assessments into a risk management system. 
• Understand the range of potential control measures when working at height. 
• Recognise levels of risk. 
• Be able to choose equipment and methods of working based on protection factors.
