





As a Nuclear Scientist and Nuclear Engineer Degree Apprentice you will have a fundamental and core knowledge of engineering/ science principles and practices. You will be able to demonstrate discipline skills commensurate with their employed job role, these skills will typically include; design, plant performance enhancements, operational management, project management and maintenance of safety standards.
Must be aged 18+ years and hold a minimum of 96 UCAS points (equivalent to the previous rating of 240). This total can have been gained either at ‘A’-level in appropriate STEM subjects, or, alternatively, a National Certificate at Level 3 (such as BTEC) either in Science or Engineering. In addition, prospective candidates must have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades 9 to 4 (equivalent to the previous GCSE A* to C grades) and which include maths, English and a science subject.
