Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist apprentice, you will gain an understanding of business-focused service delivery, providing a positive customer experience and service improvement.

Entry Requirements:

Entry requirements may vary but are typically GCSE Grades 9-4 (or A*-C) in maths and English.

Learners undertaking this apprenticeship will cover as minimum:

What qualifications will I achieve?

On successful completion of this apprenticeship learners will achieve:

  • Apprenticeship in Customer Service Specialist
  • Level 2 in English and Maths (if not already achieved)
