





Training as an Operations manager, involves learning theories and practices to develop the way you will be managing the operations and processes of an organisation. Some of the functions performed by an operations manager include people management, supply chain management, product design, forecasting, quality control, and delivery management. The programme develops managers to optimise business processes, reducing costs, and leading cross-functional teams. Supporting the organisation to enhance efficiency, implement innovative solutions, and drive operational success.
During your programme delivery you will study a mix of knowledge, skills, and behaviours aimed at preparing you to manage teams, projects and operations, not just on the day-to-day but with a view to contributing to strategic objectives.
Must be aged 18+ years and hold a minimum of 96 UCAS points (equivalent to the previous rating of 240). This total can have been gained either at ‘A’-level in appropriate STEM subjects, or, alternatively, a National Certificate at Level 3 (such as BTEC) either in Science or Engineering. In addition, prospective candidates must have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades 9 to 4 (equivalent to the previous GCSE A* to C grades) and which include maths, English and a science subject.
